To kick off the ASPCA / Rachel Ray $100k Challenge, adoption fees will be reduces for our canines and felines are who are ready to graduate! Those animals who have been in our care 6 months or longer will qualify for the reduced fees. The promotion will be running at all Saturday and Sunday adoption events.

To celebrate the first day of the Challenge, we are having an "Orange-Out" of the shelter! Adopters will spin a prize wheel, foster families will showcase their foster pets, and guests can check out our Obedience Training classes!
48-hour Adopt-a-thon!
The best way to get our animals adopted is to take them out and about in Hampton Roads! That is why staff and volunteers of the VBSPCA are Kicking off our Challenge by hitting the streets and introducing our animals to the public at some of Hampton Roads' most iconic locations.
Wayside Waifs is kickin' off the ASPCA/Rachel Ray 100KChallenge with Adopt Around the Clock! Making history in Kansas City with the first ever 24 hour adoption event- our doors will open at 12:01 am on June 1st for round the clock adoptions. Food trucks, live music, free ice cream and hundreds of animals finding forever homes will make this THE event of the year!
580 KIDO AM Radio Talent, Kevin Miller, will be coming to CCAS and staying in a kennel for a full 7 days to help us kick off the 2013 ASPCA-Rachel Ray $100K Challenge!
