Kansas City Pet Project (Kansas City, MO) and Spartanburg Humane Society (Spartanburg, SC) become official contestants in Divisions 5 and 3 respectively. These two agencies replace APAYPA Albergue Villa Michelle (Mayagüez, PR) who is unable to meet the data requirements of the contest and Lee County Humane Society (Auburn, AL) who is withdrawing to focus their efforts on getting their spay/neuter clinic up and running by the end of summer.
